Overview

The KYN61-40.5 (II) type armored withdrawable AC metal-enclosed switchgear cabinet system is a three-phase AC 50Hz indoor complete set of distribution equipment with a rated voltage of 40.5kV. It is used for power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises to receive and distribute electrical energy, and has functions such as controlling, protecting and monitoring circuits. With a protection grade of IP40 and a rated current of 3150A, it can operate stably in complex environments such as high humidity and dust

Structural description

The switch cabinet is designed in accordance with the standards of GB3906 and GB/T11022. The entire structure is composed of a cabinet body and a withdrawable part (trolley). The compartment structure layout continues the advantages of KYN61-40.5, with a significant improvement in electrical performance. Moreover, numerous improvements have been made in production processes, product appearances, and other aspects.

Main features

1.The appearance is novel, smooth and simple, with unified and heavy tones and harmonious proportions.

2. Optional: Chinese-made vacuum circuit breaker (ZN85-40.5/3AV3), ABB air circuit breaker (VD4-40.5), Areva SF6 circuit breaker (FP4025D), Schneider SF6 circuit breaker (SF2). Similar circuit breakers are interchangeable, and replacement is simple and convenient.

3. It features a simple and reliable "five-prevention" interlock function to prevent misoperation.

4. The secondary trunking in the high-voltage chamber is fully protected by metal, ensuring safer and more reliable operation.

5. It features a more user-friendly human-machine interface for convenient operation.

6. Higher electrical performance. Except for the interphase, all other positions are air-insulated.

7. The enclosure protection grade of the complete set of high and low voltage switchgear is IP4X, and the protection grade is IP2X when the trolley compartment is open.
