The production process ofcomposite poles useshigh-strength glass fibers to enhance the high-perfor-mance resin system.By simulating and optimizing theglass fiber laying method, the maximum reinforcementeffect of glass fiber can be achieved to obtain theultra-high mechanical strength of composite poles. Themechanical bending load test results show that the failurevalue is about 6 times that ofordinary cement poles. Afterunloading the bending load, the composite pole canrecover to its initial state.

Saline alkali soil can cause corrosion anddamage to the steel inside cement poles, reduc-ing the strength of wire poles. Fiberglass-rein-forced plastic materials have the properties ofacid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance,and organic solvents. In particular, the protectivelayer on the surface of composite wire polesuses special formula resinswithvariousfunctional additives, further enhancing thecorrosion resistance of composite wire poles. Itcan effectively protect the main body of the wirepole and greatly extend its service life.
4) Low temperature resistance
The main raw materials for composite poles are alkali-free fiberglass, polyurethane resin(orepoxy resin),and produced through special processes as fberglass composite materials with good high and low temperature resistance.Long-term application inlow-temperature environments without cracks,delamination,and other abnormalities, composite poles havea temperature resistance range of -70°C-+70°Cand do not produce cracks during high-low-temperature alternating processes.
5)Flame retardance
The flame retardant rating of composite poles is V-0.which can be better suitable for areas with frequentmountain fires and circuit repair work after fires occur.
The design life of ordinary concrete poles isonly 20 years, while the effective service life ofcomposite poles can reach up to 50years,which has outstanding advantages, and thepoles are maintenance-free throughout theirentire life cycle.
