Product Overview
The new type of low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for three-phase AC systems with a frequency of 50Hz, a rated working voltage of 400V (690V), and a rated current of 4000A or less. It is used for power, distribution, centralized control of motors, and capacitor compensation. It is widely used in power plants, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, textile, high-rise buildings and other places. This product complies with standards such as GB7251.1 and JB/T9661.
Structural description
1. The new hand-cranked mechanism features a multi-turn labor-saving cranking method, enabling easy, flexible and smooth advancement and removal of the drawer. The three workstations are equipped with mechanical positioning and display, and come with a "click" sound prompt function, making it easy and flexible to advance the three-pole and four-pole drawers of the 630A. The closing interlock has a re-locking reset function. The principle of the pushing mechanism and the interlock mechanism are advanced technologies in the same industry at home and abroad
2. The three-position hand-pulled or push-in interlocking mechanism is applied to the unit drawer, featuring three-position locking, display, interlocking position auxiliary power supply function, and switch re-locking reset function.
3. The new type of small three-position hand-pulled push mechanism is applied to 1/2 and 1/4 drawer units, featuring three-position locking, display, closing interlock position auxiliary power supply function, and switch re-lock reset function.
4. The new type of drawer push interlock mechanism features mechanical display of separation, testing and connection positions, and the electrical contacts are synchronized with the positions.
Main features
Cabinet part: All right-angle parts that operators may come into contact with are all rounded to the R Angle to prevent scratches and injuries. The improved busbar frame is more convenient for installing busbars and has a more beautiful appearance. The ventilation screen installed on the top cover has the function of preventing dripping water.
Drawer section: The drawers are riveted with double folded edge positioning slot rivets. All components are formed in one mold, truly achieving 100% interchangeability of the drawers. At the same time, the double folded edge and riveting process solve the defects of burrs on the board and hand injuries caused by the sharp tips of self-supplied screws.
