Product Overview
The C-Blokset low-voltage switchgear is a high-end cabinet type launched by Schneider Electric for the Chinese market. It can be applied to all low-voltage systems that require high reliability: electrical distribution systems and electric control systems. It is widely used in various low-voltage systems such as industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, and municipal construction. The product complies with relevant standards such as GB7251.1, GB/T23359, and JB/T9661.
Structural description
1. Comprehensiveness: It is a complete system integrating Schneider Electric's switch components, and all its protective devices are designed based on the most optimized coordination and cooperation.
2. Reliability: Designed and tested in accordance with international standards (TTA);
3. Modularization: Composed of standardized prefabricated components, it can be manufactured quickly, is easy to modify and cost-saving.
4. Intelligence: Components with advanced protection and communication functions can be integrated into the equipment for power distribution and motor protection.
Main features
The switch cabinet is of drawer-type structure and fixed partition type or non-partition type structure. The effective installation height of each cabinet is 40 modules, and each module is 50mm high. Main busbars for drawer cabinets: Single-layer occupies 6 modules, double-layer occupies 10 modules; main busbars for other cabinets: single-layer occupies 4 modules, double-layer occupies 8 modules, and the rest are the effective installation modules occupied by the switch function units.
The modular multi-functional series is divided into: a) Distribution cabinet (Type d), b) Power factor compensation cabinet (Type DC), c) Motor control center cabinet (fixed type Mf), d) Motor control center cabinet (drawer type MW), e) Frequency converter and soft start cabinet (Type MS).
The top of the cabinet is equipped with a pressure relief device to prevent accidental injuries caused by electrical faults.
The cabinet body is composed of a basic frame and an extended frame. The basic frame is assembled from standard prefabricated components, which come in various specifications. High and low voltage switchgear assemblies can be assembled into frames of different sizes. The basic framework and the extended framework can be combined to form switch cabinets of various depths and widths.
The installation methods of switch elements include fixed type, insertion type and drawer type. The drawer height specifications in the functional unit are: 150mm, 300mm, 450mm, 600mm, and 750mm. Installing the required switch elements in a drawer of the switch cabinet can ensure rapid and reliable maintenance and repair.
Plug-in switches and other components can be installed in a fixed interval unit. Different heights of fixed intervals can be selected according to the size of the switch and other components, generally including 150mm, 300mm, 450mm, 600mm and other heights. Different intervals are completely independent of each other, ensuring safety and reliability.
The cabinet protection grade is IP20 to IP54.
