PROCESSING CAPACITY

Equipment configuration

Equipped with advanced precision processing equipment, including high-power laser cutting machines, it can cut various metal plates with a thickness range of 0.5mm to 25mm, with a cutting accuracy of ±0.05mm. High-precision CNC bending machine, with the bending Angle accuracy controlled within ±0.5°, and the maximum bending length can reach 6 meters. The fully automatic welding robot workstation can achieve precise welding of complex-structured sheet metal parts, ensuring stable and reliable welding quality.

Precision control

With high-precision processing equipment and mature technological processes, it has reached the leading level in the industry in terms of dimensional accuracy, shape and position tolerance, etc. For conventional sheet metal parts, the dimensional accuracy can be controlled within ±0.1mm. For high-precision components such as electronic device casings and sheet metal structural parts of medical devices, the dimensional accuracy can reach ±0.03mm, and the shape and position tolerances such as flatness and perpendicularity can also strictly meet the requirements of customer drawings. ​

Scope of material processing

It can process a variety of metal materials, including stainless steel (304, 316, etc.), aluminum alloy (6061, 5052, etc.), cold-rolled steel plates, hot-rolled steel plates, galvanized plates, etc. Different materials possess distinct physical and chemical properties as well as processing characteristics. Solution: Based on the drawings and technical requirements provided by the customer, high-quality aluminum alloy plates are selected as raw materials, and laser cutting is adopted for blanking to ensure the accuracy of the shell dimensions. Through CNC bending and precise welding processes, a complex shell structure is fabricated. In the surface treatment process, anodic oxidation treatment is carried out first to enhance the corrosion resistance and aesthetic appearance of the shell, and then a special electromagnetic shielding paint is sprayed to meet the electromagnetic shielding requirements. Meanwhile, reasonable heat dissipation holes and ribs are designed on the shell to enhance the heat dissipation efficiency. ​

Solution: Select food-grade stainless steel materials and adopt a combined blanking method of CNC punching and laser cutting to ensure the accuracy of part dimensions.
