C-MDmax ST is a combined multifunction low-voltage switchgear that has passed the complete type test (TTA). It complies with GB7251.1-2005, IEC 60439-1 and other relevant standards. The switchgear is widely used in electronics industry, industrial and mining enterprises, tobacco industry, municipal infrastructure, commercial buildings and high-end residential projects.
Structur Description
1. Comprehensiveness:
The switchgear adopts a full range of ABB low-voltage electrical components, including Megamax and Emax air circuit breakers, Isomax and Tmax molded case circuit breakers, A-series contactors, TA thermal relays and soft starters, forming a complete and reliable low-voltage power distribution system.
2. Reliability:
The equipment is designed and tested in accordance with international standards.
3. Modularization:
It is composed of standardized prefabricated components, which can be manufactured rapidly and easily modified, helping to reduce production costs.
4. Intelligence:
Components with advanced protection and communication functions can be integrated into the equipment to provide protection and monitoring for power distribution and motor control.
Main Features
The switchgear is divided into four compartments: the busbar compartment, functional unit compartment, cable compartment, and the horizontal connection area for secondary control lines.
According to the requirements of the safety system, independent doors are installed for each compartment, leaving sufficient space for debugging and maintenance.
The frame of the C-MDmax ST adopts a self-bearing structure. Modular holes with an interval of 25 mm are distributed on the frame. The entire frame is precisely connected by horizontal and vertical bolts, ensuring a maintenance-free structure. The frame, baffle plates and mounting plates are all made of aluminum-zinc coated steel plates.
Switch elements can be installed in fixed, drawer, movable and plug-in types, and can be freely configured according to different requirements.
The drawers are available in 1/4-width, 1/2-width and full-width types (height: 1U, 1.5U, 2U, 3U; U = 200 mm). Drawers of the same specification are fully interchangeable.
Each drawer consists of fixed parts and movable parts (connector assembly). After the fixed part of the drawer is pushed into the unit compartment of the switchgear, the door of the unit compartment can be closed, and the operating handle can be inserted to move the drawer between the isolated, test, and connected positions.
An indication window displays the position of the connector assembly.
The protection degree of the switchgear is IP40.
