Product Overview
The GCK type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for three-phase AC systems with a frequency of 50Hz, a rated working voltage of 400V (690V), and a rated current of 4000A or less. It is used for power, distribution, centralized control of motors, and capacitor compensation. It is widely used in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, high-rise buildings and other places. This product complies with standards such as IEC60439-1, GB7251.1 and JB/T9661. This product adopts a modular unit design. The combination of unit modules is flexible and convenient, and it can replace all GCK solutions and functions currently available on the market.
Structural description
1.The new hand-cranked pushing mechanism is applied to unit drawers and is divided into two major categories: manual operation and electric operation. The multi-circle labor-saving pushing method enables easy, flexible and smooth pushing and drawer removal. The three workstations are equipped with mechanical positioning, display and position sound prompt functions, making it easy and flexible to push the three-pole and four-pole solution drawers of the 630A. The closing interlock has a re-locking reset function. The principle of the pushing mechanism and the interlock mechanism are advanced technologies in the same industry.
2. The new type of small hand-pulled pushing mechanism is applied to 1/2 and 1/4 drawer units, featuring three-position locking, display, closing interlock position auxiliary power supply function, and switch re-locking reset function.
3. The new type of pull-out advancement interlock mechanism features mechanical display of separation, testing and connection positions, and the electrical contacts are synchronized with the positions.

Main features
The frame is a modular structure. The basic skeleton is assembled from C-shaped steel, and the cabinet protection grade is IP4X.
Each cabinet is divided into three compartments, namely the horizontal busbar compartment, the drawer compartment and the cable compartment. The compartments are separated from each other by steel plates or high-strength flame-retardant plastic functional plates. The upper and lower drawers are isolated by metal plates with ventilation holes to effectively prevent arc flying caused by faults in switch components or accidents caused by short circuits between busbars and other lines.

The structural components have strong universality and flexible assembly. With E=25mm as the module, the structure and withdrawable units can be combined arbitrarily to meet the needs of system design.
The drawer is riveted with double folded edge positioning slot rivets. Meanwhile, the double folded edge and riveting process have solved the defects of burrs on the board and sharp self-tapping screws that hurt hands.
The drawers are divided into 1/4 unit drawers, 1/2 unit drawers and full-width drawers (drawer heights: 6E, 8E, 12E, 16E, 24E, E=25mm). All components are formed in one mold, which is truly solid
Now, drawers of the same specification are 100% interchangeable.
The dashboard adopts an open hollow structure, which is convenient for the installation, wiring and detection of components. The installation space for components is increased, which can meet the installation requirements of digital display meters with a shape of 96mm×96mm. Other light buttons and other components can also be installed. The hollow part is made of steel plate, which is convenient for manufacturing holes.
