Product Overview
By using lithium batteries as energy storage devices and through local or remote EMS energy management systems, the balance and optimization of power supply and power demand among the power grid, batteries and loads can be achieved. It can be perfectly combined with renewable energy systems such as photovoltaic power to achieve smooth output, and at the same time, it has functions such as peak and off-peak power consumption and distribution network capacity expansion. It is mainly applied to microgrids, industrial parks, commercial buildings,
Scenarios such as charging stations and county-level photovoltaic systems.
Structural description
The overall welded frame has a standard static load capacity of 2 tons. Customized loads of 3 tons and 4 tons are also available upon request.
Automated and semi-automated forming, welding and spraying assembly line production operations are adopted to ensure the consistency of the frame's strength and dimensions.
The cabinet body adopts a double-layer structure design, with thermal insulation rock wool filled in the middle, effectively preventing heat radiation.
The base fixing plate of 45# steel 10mm thick is reinforced in design, with reserved connection holes for the ground load-bearing frame for quick fixation.
Main features
Support the fixed installation of mainstream brand battery families and customized battery clusters in the market.
The surface coating of the cabinet is made of special powder with high anti-corrosion, high weather resistance and high hardness, ensuring a long service life of the cabinet.
The cabinet body is designed to prevent water accumulation (liquid), ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
The door lock adopts a special anti-theft lock for outdoor cabinets, with a multi-point locking structure, ensuring safety, reliability and airtightness.
The rack adopts an equipotential protection design to ensure the safety of the equipment and personnel.
